A slice of pizza



OK, I'm looking (actively) for incentives to cut down my pizza intake. Pizza, as you can guess, is my favorite dinner for one. Easy to make, even easier to buy, and always yummy. BUT I learned that it takes the equivalent of the following to burn off a slice:

10 MILES on a bike
3.5 MILES on foot

So, do I REALLY want pizza that badly?
