So after a small bout with a stomach bug Sunday night and some of yesterday I am back on track. I did not get my steps, my 1 hour of cardio, or 2800 calories burned yesterday but I almost hit my deficit. You can't knock it out of the ballpark EVERYDAY, is what I keep reminding myself.I did get 30 minutes on the elliptical and that helped.
I have my coaching session with the Body Bugg person today. I hope they have some more helpful, refining, advice on how to maximize my efforts.
So I cheated and hopped on the scales yesterday...if things keep progressing I should have a GOOD week. Yeah Stomach bugs...
Now I need to prepare and get extra steps in for Betsy Birthday Feast on Thursday!

Keep on going ... after I spoke with my BB coach she said that its possible to consider your deficits on a weekly basis ... so if you don't hit your target on one day, you can carry them through by maximizing and overreaching your target another day.
SO, better report today please!
